For the first time in Hutchinson Community College baseball history, the Blue Dragons have back-to-back shutouts in the first two games of a season.
Two freshmen pitchers on the Hutchinson Community College softball team earned their first collegiate wins on Sunday – Sadie Loney and Jordan Galliher.
“KJ Ryan is the kind of guy that catches your attention from day one, but you can’t quite figure out why. Besides his bright red hair and contagious laugh, something about him had me interested. KJ is likely the funniest human being I have ever met. There’s always something weird or sarcastic or random that he has to say, and it comes as a shock every single time.” – Emily Branson

Hutchinson Community Colege Board of Trustees member Darrell Pankratz retired last month, ending his 28-year-long stint on the Board. Pankratz said he was incredibly grateful to the many faculty and staff he has met during his time at HutchCC.
It’s official. The Kansas City Chiefs won the Super Bowl for the first time since 1970. One group of students at Hutchinson Community College made a day out of the game and came together to enjoy the nice weather and camaraderie the day brought.
