The week: Vannett was solid in three Blue Dragon victories, scoring 30 points total in wins at Northwest Kansas Tech, Garden City and Pratt. Vannett added six total rebounds, 11 assists, just two turnovers – in 68 minutes of action – and seven steals.
The season: Vannett, a native of St. Paul, Minn., is averaging 10.7 points a game for the undefeated Blue Dragons. She’s shooting 34.2 percent from 3-point range, and has 47 assists in 19 games.
