The Blue Dragon baseball team has played a series of games on the road and also returned home to play a series of four games against Barton, on April 9 and 10.

Hutch won all four games in the series against Barton.

The scores were 8-4, 13-3, 7-5, and 7-4.

These games bring the Dragons record to 27-12 overall and 17-7 in the Jayhawk West Conference.

In the third game, both teams were scoreless going into the fourth inning.

As the fourth inning went on, both Hutch and Barton scored two runs.

The score was tied 2-2.

After another scoreless inning from both teams, the Dragons scored five runs in the sixth inning to take the lead, 7-2.

Hutch allowed three runs from Barton in the seventh inning, but they still won the game, 7-5.

In the last game of the series, three Dragon players scored two runs each.

They were Mark Gowing, Wichita, Shane Cooper, O’Fallon, Missouri, and Caden Doga, Ruston, Louisiana.

The final game of the series started off with three scoreless innings by both teams once again.

Hutch came alive in the fourth inning scoring four runs to take the lead, 4-0.

In the fifth inning, both Hutch and Barton were able to score two runs, but the Dragons still held the lead 6-2.

Another scoreless inning passed until Hutch and Barton both scored a run in the seventh inning.

Both teams didn’t score in the eighth inning, but Barton scored another run in the ninth inning.

The Dragons didn’t score in the ninth inning and won the game, 7-4.

The Dragons also lost three of four games against Butler in El Dorado and lost a game against Cowley at Hobart-Detter field.

Hutch is scheduled to play Dodge City in Dodge City on Saturday, April 16, and Sunday, April 17.

The games start at 1 p.m. on both days.
