The Cosmosphere’s SpaceWorks announced new traveling exhibits Tuesday, including one featuring artifacts from the Apollo 13 mission.
The Cosmosphere announced Tuesday the donation of two artifacts to its International Science Education Center and Space Museum. Both items have flown in space and were incorporated in the Apollo 11 mission, in which Neil Armstrong first stepped foot on the Moon.
Concerned about recent earthquakes in the area, Hutchinson residents packed the Cosmosphere’s Banquet Room on Saturday to hear from U.S. Geological Survey’s Justin Rubinstein.
